2-Day Career Planning Programme at Woodland
Every individual possesses unique talents, and human potential is boundless. With an ever-expanding array of career options, making well-informed decisions has become more important than ever for today’s Gen-Z.
Recognizing the challenge of choosing the right career path, which requires a deep understanding not only of one’s academic performance but also of personal aptitude, personality, interests, intelligence, and emerging opportunities, Woodland organized a 2-Day Career Planning Programme for students in Grades 10 to 12. This workshop aimed to guide students in making informed choices about their academic streams and future courses.
The programme featured a Psychometric Test, designed as the first step in uncovering the students’ internal profiles. Based on the results, personalized recommendations were provided to each student. One-on-one sessions with parents were held to discuss the test reports, offering insights and strategies to help them better understand their child’s potential and support their academic success.
Feedback from the event highlighted its value, with both students and parents expressing their appreciation. The sessions were seen as highly engaging and beneficial, leaving participants grateful for Woodland’s efforts in organizing such a thoughtful and impactful Career Planning Programme.
