Gold Medal in Senior National Judo Championship
“A storm can be stronger than you, but it can never be smarter than you! And the most proper way to defeat someone stronger than you is to be smarter than them.”
It is rightly said that success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered and the courage with which you have managed the struggle against overwhelming odds and came out with flying colours.
Woodlander Kanwarpreet Kaur bagged Gold Medal in Senior National Judo Championship held in Lucknow from Tuesday, August 16 2022, to Saturday, August 20, 2022. Indeed, a proud moment for Woodland as she earned the title of Youngest Indian Champion in Judo. Acknowledging the untiring efforts of Kanwarpreet Kaur, affable Dean Dr Simerjeet Kaur mentioned that Kanwarpreet’s dedication to her game inspires all Woodlanders. Through the perfect interplay of focus, hard work and endeavour, she has been able to decode and unfold the secret to success.
In a congratulatory message on her unprecedented achievement, visionary Managing Trustee Mr Mandeep Singh Gill mentioned that burning deep-rooted desire is the first step to success. Woodlanders have always strived to be extraordinary through sincere efforts and never denigrate the ordinary while facing challenges and adversities.
Congratulations on the Level Up. Looking forward to more Golden achievements!
