03 Medals of Distinction and 14 Gold Medals of Excellence in Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) – National Science Olympiad
“There’s nothing in a caterpillar that will tell you that it is going to be a butterfly.”
A child’s potential can never be assessed just by looking at the child. At Woodland, we provide every Woodlander with the opportunity to develop their natural talents so that they can flourish and grow uninhibitedly. In today’s society, where everything revolves around science and technology, it’s important to think about and plan for the future-a future in which today’s youngsters will be tomorrow’s leaders. The same youngsters require frequent qualitative and quantitative assessment at the national and international level to establish a scientific, commercial, and information technology talent pool.
3 Woodlanders Ridhi Nanda, Dhwani Nanda, and Japujeet Kaur grabbed Medals and Certificates of Distinction.
14 Woodlanders, namely Aarav Gupta, Vihaan Sharma, Divansh Kumar, Arnav Sharma, Narender Chhabra, Hitika, Aarav Chugh, Harnoor Kaur Gosal, Harshit Paul, Knishka Bhatti, Aditya Gupta, Tanmay Gupta, Sehajpreet Kaur, and Premjot Kaur won a Gold Medal of Excellence with a Participation Certificate in the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF)-National Science Olympiad.
In addressing the children for their exemplary achievement, our righteous Principal, Ms. Puja Dhiman, mentioned that the school is committed to identifying young geniuses and providing them with a platform where they can prove themselves.
Congratulating at the laudable achievement of the winners, our ever inspiring Dean, Dr Simerjeet Kaur, said Woodlands invariably aims at making learning an interesting and interactive process in which the learner can put his/her skills, memory, talent, and knowledge to test.
Kudos to all the achievers!!
