On Friday, 27th November 2020 all the devout Woodland family members swarmed to celebrate one of the most revered day to glorify the tenets of Sikhism i.e. Guru Nanak Devji Jayanti which commemorates the birth of first Guru of Sikh, Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The jubilation was graced with the benign presence of adroit Managing Trustee Mr. Mandeep Singh Gill, vivacious Dean Dr. Simerjeet Kaur, amiable Principal Ms. Puja Dhiman and the entire staff members.
The beautiful pious ceremony commenced with recitation of Jap Ji Sahib followed by Anand Sahib and Ardass with utmost devotion. Serenity and calmness floated in the air with the beautiful humming of the Guru Ki Vaani and it paved the way for a very positive ambiance filled with gratitude and blessings. The occasion was indeed celebrated by all the Woodland family members with great pride, honor and respect.
In thanks giving ardass, the entire family thanked SUPREME POWER for bestowing choicest blessings during the toughest time mankind have ever faced due to COVID-19 and prayed for the wellbeing of students and excellent performance in CBSE Board Exams.
Dean Dr. Simerjeet Kaur emphasized that in today’s scenario it’s imperative to inculcate virtues like harmony, equality and follow the preaching’s of Guru Nanak Dev Ji whole heartedly for rewarding and fruitful life.
In his message, Managing Trustee Mr. Mandeep Singh Gill reiterated that our unflinching and unruffled faith in almighty God should always remain intact in the most troubled times and let’s stay calm, collected and contained in all situation by taking the most wise and informed decisions in day to day life . He concluded by congratulating everyone on the occasion of Guru Nanak Devji Jayanti.
