Fun Filled Adventure Camp Organized
It is rightly said that Adventure Camp exposes each student to experience a situation hands-on, overcome a challenging task by finding their own answers, which perhaps no classroom lecture can alone provide.
In order to instill essential virtues among Woodlanders, WOS organised an Adventure Camp for the students of Grade -10 to 12 on Saturday, 23rd November 2019. Away from the concrete jungle and busy crowded roads, through adventure activities like The Burma Bridge, Commando Net, Zorbing Ball, Zip Lining, Wall Climbing etc. students were encouraged to think out-of-the-box, empowering them with skills like leading and working in a team, also instilling in them a healthy spirit of competition.
The amount of energy and enthusiasm exhibited by the students was enthralling. As the students got involved in various activities, they learnt to build a good relation with their friends, gain the problem-solving skills, and respect the fellow team members and their individual contributions. The members of the camp guided the students at every step. The tractor ride and pottery making truly enhanced the experience of rural adventure. At the end of the day, in house DJ played peppy numbers and the students danced with full vigor in spite of being tired and exhausted. It was a day filled with fun and the students returned back with memories to be cherished forever.
Happy Memories !!!
