Gold Medal in Judo Kurash Championship
Madhav Hari, a dedicated student of Grade 3 Cassia, has made his school proud with an outstanding performance at the Kurash Championship 2024-25. Competing in the highly competitive 30 kg weight category, Madhav showcased exceptional skill and determination to secure the prestigious Gold Medal. The championship, held in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, saw numerous talented participants, yet Madhav emerged as the undisputed champion, clinching the first position.
In recognition of his remarkable achievement, Madhav was awarded a cash prize of ₹5,100. His excellence on the mat didn’t go unnoticed, as he was also honored with the esteemed title of “Best Kurash Player” of the championship.
Congratulating him on his success, diligent Dean Dr Simerjeet Kaur highlighted that this dual recognition highlights Madhav’s dedication to the sport and his potential for future success in Kurash.
