Independence Day – 2024

The Independence Day function at the school was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm. The event was graced by the esteemed philanthropist, Mr. Paramjeet Singh Sachdeva, who served as the Chief Guest, alongside the visionary Managing Trustee, Mr. Mandeep Singh Gill and the dedicated Dean, Dr. Simerjeet Kaur. In a symbolic gesture of growth and hope, the school presented Mr. Sachdeva with a sapling upon his arrival. The ceremony then moved to the traditional flag hoisting, a poignant moment filled with pride and patriotism.

In a heartfelt tribute, five retired army personnel, who now continue to serve the school, were honored for their unwavering dedication and service to the nation. This segment of the event underscored the deep respect and gratitude the school holds for those who have served the country.

The celebrations were further enlivened by a series of vibrant dance performances by the students, showcasing their talent and infusing the day with a festive spirit. The event culminated in a stirring rendition of “Saare Jahan Se Achha,” a patriotic anthem that echoed the themes of unity and national pride. The function beautifully intertwined elements of respect, celebration, and patriotism, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
